Love Train Ride, departed from Ebute Meta Railway station \u00a0in Lagos and travelled to Ibadan before rerunning to Lagos later in the evening<\/p>\n<p>The event was organised by O\u2019Jez Entertainment under the chairmanship of Mr Joseph Anita Odubant in collaboration with the Nigerians railway corporation led by Dr Kayode Opeaifa.<\/p>\n<p>Star-Studded Passenger List<\/p>\n<p>The train was filled with anticipated Nigerians, celebrities, creatives and members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, adding glamour to the experience.<\/p>\n<p>Among notable personalities onboard were:<\/p>\n<p>Dr Kayode Opeaifa, Mr Joseph Anayo Odobeatu, Yinka Davice, Sunny Nneji, Emeka Ossia, Femi Kaloyaye, Efong Nyong, Beady Nnanna, Cornell Odufia Tunde Fresh, Don Obaseke and many others<\/p>\n<p>Their presence energised passengers who enjoyed direct interaction, photos and performances throughout the Love ride journey.<\/p>\n<p>Entertainment on the Move<\/p>\n<p>From departure to arrival, the coaches transformed into a moving festival. Activities included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fashion parade showcasing stylish Valentine outfits, and designers<\/li>\n<li>Beauty pageant competitions<\/li>\n<li>Karaoke sessions and live singing<\/li>\n<li>Dance contests and DJ performances<\/li>\n<li>Games and audience participation activities<\/li>\n<li>Food and drinks are served continuously on the move<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Passengers described the ride as \u201ca party on rails,\u201d with the coaches hosting a different activity, ensuring there was never a dull moment.<\/p>\n<p>Business Meets Celebration<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the fun, the event also strengthened institutional ties. Representatives of O\u2019Jez Entertainment and the management of the Nigerian Railway Corporation held a brief onboard meeting to discuss future collaborations and recurring themed tourism rides across Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>Organisers confirmed that the Valentine ride is part of a broader plan to promote rail tourism and reposition train travel as a lifestyle and leisure experience \u2014 not just transportation.<\/p>\n<p>Grand Finale in Lagos<\/p>\n<p>The train finally returned to Ebute Metta, where passengers were treated to a closing banquet reception, networking session and final dance party \u2014 marking the end of a full day of romance, music and cultural celebration.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026 edition concluded with smiles, new friendships and a renewed appreciation for rail travel as entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>Happy Valentine\u2019s Day to everyone who shared the love on board.
