Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai<\/span><\/span>, has asked a court to dismiss an ongoing case involving the Department of State Services<\/span><\/span> (DSS), arguing that the proceedings constitute an abuse of legal process.<\/p>\n
