Ghana recently brought back hundreds of its citizens due to fears of protests and attacks on foreigners.<\/p>\n<p>The Nigerian High Commission in Pretoria has secured waivers for some citizens who have immigration offences. This is to make it easier for them to return.<\/p>\n<p>South Africa has more than 30% unemployment. The country has seen new anti-foreigner protests, raising concerns about violence against migrants. The government is increasing enforcement against undocumented immigrants. However, it is advising citizens not to take matters into their own hands.<\/p>\n<p>In total, more than three million foreigners live in South Africa.
