Dr Mobereola acknowledged the tough conditions they face, including long hours at sea and time away from their families.<\/p>\n<p>The National Joint Industrial Council has significantly boosted seafarers&#8217; earnings through this adjustment. NIMASA&#8217;s broader agenda includes improving safety, welfare, and professional development for seafarers.<\/p>\n<p>The event called on all maritime stakeholders to work together to ensure decent working conditions and continued support for seafarers.
