Inside, officers discovered three used vehicles and 162 bags containing 8,287 parcels of the illicit substance, weighing a total of 4,143.5 kg.<\/p>\n<p>The operation was based on credible intelligence that led customs officials to the container. Comptroller Emmanuel Oshoba, the Apapa Area Command Customs chief, emphasised the importance of the seizure in protecting public health and reaffirmed the Command&#8217;s zero-tolerance policy toward illegal trade.<\/p>\n<p>He reiterated the Command&#8217;s commitment to facilitating legitimate commerce while strictly enforcing the law against prohibited goods.
