He described the move as discriminatory and illegal.<\/p>\n<p>According to Falana, giving exclusive housing benefits to judges violates the principle of equality. He pointed out that other public servants\u2014including university lecturers and long-serving civil servants\u2014do not receive similar treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Falana said that while judges need accommodation, so do other essential public servants. He also highlighted the gap in benefits between former governors now in the National Assembly and regular civil servants.<\/p>\n<p>He is calling for a fair and inclusive approach to housing that covers all public workers.
