Statutory Transfers: \u20a63.65 trillion<\/p>\n

Recurrent (Non-Debt) Expenditure: \u20a613.64 trillion<\/p>\n

Capital Expenditure: \u20a623.96 trillion<\/p>\n

Debt Servicing: \u20a614.32 trillion<\/p>\n

Fiscal Deficit: \u20a613.08 trillion<\/p>\n

Deficit-to-GDP Ratio: 1.52%<\/p>\n

Presidential Adjustment To Budget<\/h2>\n

Naija News<\/strong> understands that the passage follows President Bola Tinubu\u2019s revision of the initial budget proposal from \u20a649.7 trillion to \u20a654.2 trillion, which was submitted to the National Assembly for approval.<\/p>\n

The adjustments aimed to address economic demands and bolster infrastructural development.<\/p>\n

In a concurrent development, the House of Representatives also passed the \u20a654.99 trillion budget after adopting the report presented by the House Committee on Appropriations.<\/p>\n

Legislative Review And Adjustments<\/h2>\n

The final budget approved by the Senate and House reflects an approximate increase of \u20a67 billion over the initial \u20a649.7 trillion proposed by President Tinubu in December 2024.<\/p>\n
