The Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria (MARAN), the leading maritime beat association, is set to host a crucial roundtable discussion focused on the reintroduced International Cargo Tracking Note (ICTN) by the Federal Government. This event will take place on February 27, 2025, at the MARAN Secretariat in Apapa.<\/p>\n

MARAN President Godfrey Bivbere emphasized the significance of this roundtable, highlighting the urgent need to address the ongoing controversies surrounding the ICTN.
