{"id":4786,"date":"2025-03-13T16:10:17","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T16:10:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beadysword.com.ng\/blog\/?p=4786"},"modified":"2025-03-13T16:10:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T16:10:26","slug":"ijaw-traditional-group-tells-tinubu-well-shock-you-if-fubara-impeached","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/beadysword.com.ng\/blog\/2025\/03\/13\/ijaw-traditional-group-tells-tinubu-well-shock-you-if-fubara-impeached\/","title":{"rendered":"Ijaw traditional group tells Tinubu;  We\u2019ll shock you if Fubara impeached."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A traditional institution of the Ijaw people, the Supreme Egbesu Assembly, SEA, has warned that it would shock President Bola Ahmed Tinubu if Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara is impeached.<\/p>\n<p>The institution, through its chairman, Werinipre Noel Digifa, issued this warning while reacting to a recent statement by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, who declared that heaven would not fall if Fubara were removed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHeaven will not fall if Fubara is impeached. We won\u2019t resort to violence either. But at the appropriate time, we will let President Tinubu know what one of his \u2018best eleven\u2019 has done to the Ijaw people,\u201d Digifa stated.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-24\">\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Digifa faulted President Tinubu for allegedly failing to rein in Wike, whom he accused of displaying recklessness and arrogance toward the Ijaw nation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTinubu should be held responsible for Wike\u2019s actions. He has turned the judiciary into his estate, manipulating it to suit his desires.
