So, if they decide to vent, I strongly believe that the government should not personalise it and come after such individuals.<\/p>\n<div id=\"show360playvid\" class=\"360playvidUnit\">\n<div class=\"cleanslate360pv\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Imagine a young lady carrying out her NYSC function, what does she really have to do to bring down the government? So, it is about personal frustration that she has aired.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, I think that the government has to persevere much more, they have to be more tolerant, and they have to have this deep level of patience with Nigerians because people are passing through a lot as it stands today.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-container desktop-only margin-top margin-bottom \">\n<div class=\"ad-container-inner\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1652278950647-0\" class=\"punch-admanager\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>She later claimed to have faced threats, reportedly from NYSC officials, pressuring her to take down the video.<\/p>\n<p>In the video posted on her TikTok account #talktoraye on Saturday, Raye voiced frustration over Nigeria\u2019s deteriorating economic situation, lamenting that hard work no longer guarantees financial stability.<\/p>\n<p>She criticised Tinubu\u2019s leadership, calling him a \u201cterrible leader,\u201d and questioned the government\u2019s commitment to easing citizens\u2019 hardships.<\/p>\n<p>However, the NYSC has yet to release an official statement regarding the issue.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-container desktop-only margin-top margin-bottom \">\n<div class=\"ad-container-inner\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<footer>\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"footer-top\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/footer>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Trade Union Congress has backed a Lagos-based National Youth Service Corps member, Ushie Uguamaye, also known as Raye, who claimed to have received threats for criticising President Bola Tinubu\u2019s administration.
