Chief Olabode George\u00a0 a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who was honoured with lifetime achievement award , has called for concerted and collective efforts towards rebuilding Nigeria, saying this is not the time for politics.<\/p>\n
Chief Emmanuel iwuananwu, the president general of Ohaneze worldwide who was represent by his daughter, Ihekanma\u00a0 accompanied by Ohaneze Lagos branch members, praised the daily independent newspaper for the award, saying that this award will challenged her father to do more for\u00a0 the nation.<\/p>\n
Chief George spoke while receiving his Lifetime Achievement Award, also commended Independent Newspapers Limited for honouring him.<\/p>\n
