Despite multiple delays in court proceedings\u2014some due to Guobadia\u2019s recent custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)\u2014a ruling has now been made.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"961\">According to\u00a0<em data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"735\">Us Weekly<\/em>, the prenup will require Guobadia to split the equity of his $7 million pre-marital home, known as the Marital Residence, with Williams. He will also be responsible for covering significant debts and expenses for her benefit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1220\">Guobadia, 61, reportedly argued that he only agreed to the terms of the prenup based on alleged \u201cmisrepresentations\u201d by Williams, including claims that she was leaving the\u00a0<em data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1163\">Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em> franchise. However, the court did not rule in his favour.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1427\">Williams, 43, filed for divorce in February 2024 after just 15 months of marriage.
