The Nigerian Shippers\u2019 Council (NSC) has announced its eagerness to forge a strategic partnership with the University of Lagos (UNILAG), specifically through its Institute of Maritime Studies (IMS) and Department of Commercial and Industrial Law. This promising development was revealed during a courtesy visit by a UNILAG delegation led by Professor Wale Olawoyin, SAN, head of the Department of Commercial and Industrial Law. The visit took place at the NSC headquarters in Lagos, marking a significant step towards fostering closer ties between academia and industry.<\/p>\n
In welcoming the delegation, NSC\u2019s Executive Secretary and CEO, Akutah Pius, described the proposed partnership as both timely and strategic.
