\u201cWhat we\u2019re witnessing is a reckless dependence on unregulated aphrodisiacs,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Umar laments.\u00a0\u201cThese are often sold by street vendors with no medical expertise, mixing synthetic prescription drugs like Viagra and Vega into so-called herbal remedies. The outcome? Highly toxic, unpredictable combinations.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Deadly Secret Behind the Mixtures<\/h3>\n

These concoctions are aggressively marketed as natural, safe, and powerful \u2014 yet the reality is starkly different.<\/p>\n

Sold discreetly in bus parks, market corners, and local kiosks wrapped in cellophane or stored in reused bottles, they hide in plain sight, making regulation nearly impossible.<\/p>\n

Umar warns:\u00a0\u201cThey are not carefully formulated blends. Instead, they are crushed pills mixed with herbs, sometimes with unknown substances\u2014no proper dosage, no regulation, just guesswork. And the risks are enormous, often leading to severe chest pains, dangerously high heart rates, collapse, and even sudden death.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Umar advocates for a broader approach:\u00a0\u201cLaw enforcement alone isn\u2019t enough. Religious leaders, educators, traditional rulers, and the media all have roles to play. We need to break the silence. We must teach our youth that masculinity isn\u2019t about performance alone but about self-control, knowledge, and responsibility.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
