{"id":7781,"date":"2025-07-19T11:54:01","date_gmt":"2025-07-19T11:54:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/beadysword.com.ng\/blog\/?p=7781"},"modified":"2025-07-19T11:54:01","modified_gmt":"2025-07-19T11:54:01","slug":"kogi-university-lecturer-dies-during-sex-romp-in-hotel-with-a-200-level-student","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/beadysword.com.ng\/blog\/2025\/07\/19\/kogi-university-lecturer-dies-during-sex-romp-in-hotel-with-a-200-level-student\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Kogi University lecturer Dies During Sex Romp In Hotel With A 200-Level Student.&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-thumbnail-wrapper\"><\/div>\n<p>A senior lecturer at Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Kogi, Dr Olabode Abimbola Ibikunle, has passed on while allegedly having a sexual affair with a 200 Lavel hundred female student.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-inner-wrapper\">\n<p>The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at a hotel in Anyigba and was later reported to the police by the hotel manager.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ad-container adsense margin-top margin-bottom entered exited\" data-ll-status=\"entered\" data-seen=\"true\">\n<div class=\"ad-container-inner\"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle ad-rectangle\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7532470883667401\" data-ad-slot=\"3307723066\" data-adsbygoogle-status=\"done\" data-ad-status=\"filled\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"aswift_1_host\"><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The Kogi\u00a0 Police Command Spokesperson, SP William Aya, confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)\u00a0 in Lokoja on Friday.<\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1740477577484-0\" data-google-query-id=\"CIuo08LryI4DFS2hgwcdYD8b1Q\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/9223985\/1*1-mobile-and-desktop_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Aya described the incident as unfortunate and said an autopsy has been conducted to determine the cause of death.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the hotel manager, Moses Friday, reported that a 22-year-old 200-level student of PAAU, Gloria Samuel, rushed to the reception to alert the staff that the lecturer had collapsed after their encounter.<\/p>\n<p>The police were immediately informed, and the lecturer was taken to a hospital, where he was confirmed dead by a doctor.<\/p>\n<p>The police said investigations were ongoing and further action would be taken based on the findings.<\/p>\n<p>A student, who spoke to NAN on condition of anonymity about the incident, said the lecturer was involved in sexual intercourse with the 22-year-old 200-level student of the institution before his sudden demise.<\/p>\n<p>He said the lady was arrested and taken to police custody and later transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Ibikunle, who was reportedly married with children, was said to have checked into the hotel earlier that day with the student, from the department of Social Studies Education.<\/p>\n<p>There are unconfirmed reports that the lecturer had consumed multiple energy drinks before the incident.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A senior lecturer at Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Kogi, Dr Olabode Abimbola Ibikunle, has passed on while allegedly having a sexual affair with a 200 Lavel hundred female student.
