LAGOS – The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Femi Fanwo, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Elulu of Mopa and Chairman, Mopamuro Local Government Traditional Council, HRM Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.<\/p>\n
