for secure travel documents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1131\">\u00a0Who Will Be Affected?<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1294\">\n<li data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1216\">\n<p data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1216\"><strong data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1159\">Residents in Nigeria<\/strong> will pay the revised rates starting September 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1294\">\n<p data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1294\"><strong data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1240\">Nigerians abroad:<\/strong> Please continue to
