Panellists \u2014 Juliet Njoku, Abimbola Comfort Onwuchekwe, Kesiena Ogheneruru, and Mojisola Alabi \u2014 shared actionable strategies for women to grow in tech.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2417\" data-end=\"2637\">Confidence and personal growth:<br data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2455\" \/>Led by Mojisola Alabi and others, this session explored how women can build confidence and leadership through self-respect, self-compassion, self-discipline, and self-preservation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2824\">Emerging tech and inclusivity:<br data-start=\"2673\" data-end=\"2676\" \/>Udeme Ufanga from NIMC discussed the role of women in digital transformation and how global tech trends can create local opportunities in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2826\" data-end=\"3102\">Awards, culture, and inspiration:<br data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"2866\" \/>The event featured a review of Ugochi Emmanuel\u2019s book, <em data-start=\"2921\" data-end=\"2943\">\u201cThe Digital Woman,\u201d<\/em> celebrating women who write, teach, and lead in the digital space.
