The 6th Edition of the Business Summit, Fair, and Award (BSFAA) was successfully held on October 16, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, bringing together sme\u2019s entrepreneurs, policymakers, regulators, and innovators from across Nigeria.<\/p>\n

T\"\"\"\" \"\" \"\"\"\" \"\" \"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Organised by Beady\u2019s Word Productions and convened by Beady Nnana, BSFAA has, over the past six years, become one of Nigeria\u2019s leading platforms for empowering Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs), fostering innovation, and promoting a business-friendly environment in Nigeria.<\/p>\n

The 2025 edition, themed \u201cThriving Beyond Economic Instability,\u201d was proudly sponsored by Zenith Bank\"\"\"\" \"\"and witnessed the participation of key industry stakeholders, including representatives from the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), \u00a0 \"\"\u00a0reaffirming the summit\u2019s credibility and regulatory engagement.<\/p>\n

Resilience and Innovation: The Nigerian Business Spirit<\/p>\n

In her opening remarks, Beady Nnanna, Convener of BSFAA and CEO of Beady\u2019s Word Productions, commended the resilience of Nigerian entrepreneurs despite economic challenges.\"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Nigerian business spirit remains resilient. By embracing digital transformation, leveraging local resources, and collaborating purposefully, businesses can thrive even in challenging times,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Nnanna also used the occasion to launch her new book, \u201cFamily: Breaking Unbreakable Ties,\u201d<\/em> an inspiring guide on strengthening family values and purpose-driven living to aid good business.\"\" .\u00a0 \"\"\u00a0Keynote: Thriving Beyond Economic Instability<\/p>\n

The keynote address was delivered by Mr Seye Olurotimi,\"\"<\/p>\n

The founder of MSME Africa emphasized the strategic importance of SMEs to Nigeria\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n

Nigeria\u2019s 40 million Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises contribute over 50% to the GDP and account for about 80% of employment. Without small businesses, no economy can grow,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

He urged entrepreneurs to adopt an \u201copportunity mindset\u201d<\/em> and leverage innovation to navigate economic turbulence.<\/p>\n

Balancing Health, Policy, and Technology in Business<\/p>\n

Pharm. Obiorah Mbidom, \"\"CEO of COSBI Nigeria Ltd, spoke on the importance of maintaining good health while pursuing business goals, describing wellness as a cornerstone of sustainable success.<\/p>\n

Hon. Olugbenga Abdullahi, \"\"representative of Senator Anthony Adefuye, lauded Beady Nnanna for six years of consistent impact and entrepreneurship advocacy in Nigeria.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf every Nigerian household had one entrepreneur employing two or three people, unemployment would be eradicated, and Nigeria would become a global economic powerhouse,\u201d he said, He also cautioned SMEs against taking loans with interest rates exceeding 9% and urged the government to create more favourable conditions for small businesses to thrive.<\/p>\n

The summit featured a panel session \"\"and an AI Advertising training led by Mr Kingsley Ife,\"\"<\/p>\n

a Business Developer and AI Content Trainer, who demonstrated how artificial intelligence can revolutionize digital marketing and improve SME competitiveness practically during the summit<\/p>\n
